Return Process

Attach clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping label to help our quality control team verify the claim.

Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a return authorization code or confirm your eligibility for a direct replacement.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Once approved, we will either ship out a fresh replacement immediately or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
